Dr. Nanette Ortiz was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is a family medicine specialist with 20 years of experience in the medical field. She attended medical school at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and completed her residency at the Hospital Auxilio Mutuo in Puerto Rico. She has both hospital and private practice experience specializing in senior care. Dr. Ortiz was awarded the NCQA Recognition of Quality for Diabetes Care. In her free time, Dr. Ortiz enjoys outdoor sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
